Squadron Flights
All cadets start in our training flight (Tutor), where they complete their introductory package and gain their first class classification.
They then move into one of our two main flights (Lancaster & Spitfire). The squadron is divided into flights to instil competition within the squadron. Cadets gain flight points throughout the year based on merit and participation with events outside the squadron*. While the cadets may remain in the same flight for their entire cadet experience, sometimes it may be necessary to transfer cadets from one flight to another to balance out experience and skill.
*Any flight points that the new cadets gain will be carried over into their new flights
Evening Programme
The evening programmes vary from night to night but contain the main activities below.
